Top 5 ways to find personal freedom

What does it mean to be emotionally and spiritually free? How do we achieve this? To me spiritual freedom is being empowered to accept who I am, accept my feelings and embrace my beliefs. It is a continual search for deeper meaning in my life.

When we are emotionally free we are immune to concern over what others think or say about us. When we’re spiritually free, we feel more connected to not only a higher power, but to those around us. We are empowered to making everyday choices easier because we are secure in who we are and trust our own abilities. We have more time and energy to focus on the things that bring us joy.

But just how do we do this? Here are a few thoughts that work for me:

Be Mindful. Sitting quietly and appreciate the moment in your surroundings. Freedom to be mindful and still.

Enjoy Nature. Step outside for a breath of fresh air. Listen to the birds, feel the wind and heat. Freedom of movement

Let go of outcomes. Life is much better when we accept how things really are instead of how WE think things should be. Freedom from control

Be of service to others.  It is by getting out of ourselves and helping others that true connection occurs. It can be quite magical! Freedom from self.

Consult a professional. Having an energy healer is an intentional way to cleanse out negative energy & replenish positive, healing energy. Freedom to ask for help.
